How an order runs
Production days and channel days are quoted separately, so the date you are given is the date the goods leave and the date they arrive.

You send the item, the quantity and the in-hands date. We price the unit at your quantity and find the factory that can hit the date.

The factory makes the piece with your artwork on it; photos come to you before the sample ships.

One factory is booked with a written start and end date, and the run is checked against the approved sample.

First-article, mid-run and pre-shipment checks, each with photos and a quantity count before anything is paid out.

Cartons from every factory are collected, checked off one list and shipped as one DDP delivery to the US.
Fast track
Items a factory can start on a short window. Transit days are quoted on top of production, so the arrival date is never a guess.
Decoration
The print method decides the setup cost, the artwork you need to send and how many colours will hold on the surface.
Ink is pushed through a mesh screen onto the surface, one screen per color.
